Highfield Boats is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Clark as UK Country Manager.
Ian brings over 20 years of experience in the marine industry, having built a career focused on brand development, distribution strategy, and sales across the UK and Europe. Most recently, he spent nearly a decade with Baltic Lifejackets as Head of Business for the UK and Europe, where he played a key role in expanding the brand across both leisure and commercial markets.
Commenting on the appointment, Paul Blanc, CEO of Highfield Boats said:

His understanding of the market, combined with his energy and values, make him ideally positioned to build on the strong legacy we have established in the UK.”
Ian is an active sailor and powerboater based on the South Coast, regularly spending time on the water with his family. His hands-on experience using marine products gives him a strong understanding of the needs of both commercial and leisure customers.

In his new position, Ian will be responsible for strengthening Highfield Boats’ presence in the UK, supporting its dealer network, and driving continued growth in one of the company’s key markets.
