The announcement was made at Boot Düsseldorf. Stefano Pizzi, CEO of Spartivento Group, said: “This strategic decision strengthens our position as an integrated nautical group, with an increasingly comprehensive offering.”

2026 begins with a wealth of exciting developments for the Spartivento Group. Following the announcement of the opening of a charter base in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily, the group led by Stefano and Iole Pizzi is further strengthening its position in the nautical sector with a new and strategic agreement. The official announcement comes from one of the world’s leading nautical trade fairs, boot Düsseldorf: starting in January 2026, Spartivento will become the sole importer for Italy of the Highfield Boats brand , a global leader in tender and RIB production, with over 54,000 boats sold since its founding in 2011 and operations in over 50 countries.
“We are thrilled to embark on this new adventure with Highfield, a brand that shares our values of quality, innovation, and reliability,” commented Stefano Pizzi, CEO of Spartivento Group. ” This new partnership strengthens Spartivento’s positioning as an integrated nautical group, with an increasingly comprehensive offering. As Honda Marine dealers, we can offer interested customers Highfield inflatables already equipped with Honda engines, effectively becoming a single point of contact for consultation, sales, and assistance. Our commitment will be to ensure effective distribution and high-level service, contributing to the growth of the Highfield brand in Italy.”
The new agreement is part of a particularly favorable market environment. According to recent industry analyses, the global inflatable boat sector will reach a value of approximately $1.05 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow to $1.45 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.71% over the period 2025–2030. Demand is being driven by the recovery in coastal tourism, investments in the professional and defense sectors, as well as ongoing innovation in materials and construction technologies. In this scenario, Europe maintains a leading position, thanks in part to harmonized safety regulations and a highly structured nautical system. Italy, with its marinas and a constantly growing charter ecosystem, represents one of the most dynamic markets. Highfield has responded to this demand with significant production investments and the opening of new facilities, strengthening its industrial capacity and demonstrating strong confidence in the small and medium-sized family and leisure boat segment.
“We are proud to welcome Spartivento as our new partner in Italy ,” said Paul Blanc, CEO of Highfield. ” We are a company with solid experience in one of Europe’s most competitive nautical markets, recognized for its professionalism, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. With a widespread presence in Italy’s major nautical hubs, the team has the right structure, method, and ambition to support us in the next phase of Highfield’s growth in the Italian market. Spartivento will offer a full range of Highfield products, from tenders to recreational and professional RIBs, as well as the new ADV line.”
