European dealer meeting sets out the year ahead for Highfield Boats

The network of European dealers representing Highfield Boats, a world leader in RIB tenders and performance RIBs, was finally reunited for the first annual conference in three years after the Covid-era hiatus.

Fifty importers from throughout Europe gathered in the waterfront city of Kristiansand in Norway to be welcomed by the Highfield HQ and European teams for the four-day European Dealers Meeting 2023.

The meeting opened to the presentation of the company’s 2024 strategy and a look at the long-term vision.  The new additions to the range that are planned for the coming year were unveiled to the attending dealers.

The Europe representatives took the opportunity to meet new OEM partners, leading brands Mercury, ePropulsion and Navico, while renewing connections with longstanding partner Pennel & Flipo whose high resistance ORCA fabrics are used in the manufacturer of Highfield’s RIB tubes.

As well as having the chance to spend time on the waters off Kristiansand to test new options and new models first-hand the delegates enjoyed a voyage of discovery around Norway’s beautiful fjords, expertly guided by the company’s Norwegian importer Govi A.S.

“The dealer meeting is an opportunity for Highfield to bring together the entire European distribution network and discuss strategic topics: brand vision, distribution, product development and marketing,” comments Mathilde Delfour, Managing Director for Highfield Boats Europe. “It is also a moment to share and federate the team.”

She adds, “This year, we had the chance to go boating together with a fleet of 7 Highfields in the fjords of Kristiansand in Norway, simply magical!”
