Excellent internal storage options & great ergonomics make the SP520 a true joy to be aboard and drive. The large fuel tanks gives great range between fuel stops & the optional tow post or roll bar allows you to pull a wakeboard with ease. Getting back in the water is a breeze too, as this model includes a swimming platform with ladder.

Choosing the Right
Tube Material:
Hypalon vs. PVC
When selecting a rigid inflatable boat (RIB), one of the most important choices is the tube material. We offer two options: Hypalon and PVC. Each has its place depending on your intended use.
PVC – Economy Option
PVC is an affordable choice suitable
for light recreational use:
Best for boats used less than 30 hours per year
Must be stored under cover when not in use
Not recommended for prolonged sun exposure or harsh environments
⚠️ Please note:
PVC is more sensitive to UV rays and chemical exposure. It may degrade faster without proper care.
Hypalon – Premium & Durable
Hypalon is the premium choice for those seeking long-term durability and ease of maintenance:
Resistant to UV and chemicals
Much easier to clean and maintain
Ideal for frequent use and demanding environments
🌴 Important:
If you plan to use your boat in tropical or high-UV regions, Hypalon is the only recommended option.
Purchased a Sport 900 for business use - snorkelling with Atlantic grey seals in the Isles of Scilly - and what more can I say other than 'WOW'. This boat is a once in a lifetime time purchase. From the way it handles to the way it looks, everything is done to perfection and in a way that far exceeds expectations and other RIBs in this size category. It is the most seaworthy vessel I have ever been on and I could not possibly have imagined doing my trips on another vessel.
