WHERE WILL THE BOAT BE ON DISPLAY?
The boat will be on display at Miami Boat Show & then Palm Beach Boat Show, where the winner will be announced. The rest of the time the boat will be on display at Nautical Ventures, in Fort Lauderdale.

Terms & Conditions
1.1. This auction is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of Highfield Boats, Tohatsu America, and affiliated organizations, as well as their immediate family members, may participate but are not eligible to win.
2.1. The auction item is a Special Pink Edition Highfield Sport 360 RIB powered by a Tohatsu 40hp outboard engine.
2.2. The vessel is brand new, fully operational, and sold as-is. No warranties beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranties are provided.
2.3. The auction item is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
3.1. The auction will be conducted online through auction plugin.
3.2. The auction will begin on [start date] and close on [end date and time, including time zone].
3.3. Bids must be placed in increments of 20$.
3.4. The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner, subject to verification and payment.
3.5. In the event of a tie or dispute, Highfield Boats reserves the right to make a final determination.
4.1. The winning bidder will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the auction’s close.
4.2. Payment must be made in full within 7 days of notification. Accepted payment methods are debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
4.3. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, Highfield Boats reserves the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list the item for auction.
5.1. The winning bidder is responsible for collecting the vessel from Highfield Boats USA headquarters in Cadillac, Michigan, or arranging shipping at their own cost.
5.2. Transfer of ownership will be completed once full payment has been received and cleared.
6.1. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to Cancer Research and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
6.2. Highfield Boats and Tohatsu America will provide documentation of the donation upon request.
7.1. Highfield Boats, Tohatsu America, and their affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or operation of the auctioned vessel.
7.2. By participating in this auction, the winning bidder agrees to release Highfield Boats, Tohatsu America, and associated charities from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the auction or use of the vessel.
